Darth Vader. The whole Star Wars saga revolves around him, from his origins, through his rise and fall, to the fallout left by him and his progeny. Hey everyone,
Sorry about the posts the other day. As I'd mentioned previously, I wasn't at the office the last couple days. And, well, you know the old saying, "if it isn't one thing, it's another"? That kinda sums up my last 2 days. Not anything godawful, but just... "well... ok, then."
So, you kinda got a quick bit of stories this morning, and with the Review Roundup, hopefully we'll be back on track here.

Anyway, today we have: Ganz Schon Clever, Getaway Driver, Onitama: Sensei’s Path Expansion, Impulse, Alien Artifacts, and Tadmor.

The next expansion for Star Wars: Destiny, Way of the Force, is now available. Hop into your pod racer, see some of your favorite characters, grab their equipment, and fight either for or against the Dark Side with a whole plethora of new options for your decks. Way of the Force, the newest set coming for Star Wars: Destiny, brings in a lot of characters from The Last Jedi. But how will these new characters integrate with your current decks and strategies? Well, in this preview, you can see how many of them work, and so plan for how they'll make their way into your collections.

In which I totally mess up the date for when this was supposed to post and then go back and fix it. :P
Look, these things happen sometime!
Anyway, here's the regular grouping of review articles I know you all so desperately desire.

This week we have: Mordenkainen’s Tome of Foes, Rush in the Forest: Three Little Pigs, Torres, Exoudus Fleet, Steepseers, Super Hack Override, This War of Mine, Assembly, Noria, Get Off My Land, and Monster Card BLVD.

"Objection, your honor! The podrace was pretty cool."
Generally the only thing that most people can agree on that was cool in the Prequel trilogy for Star Wars, Podracing (that seems to have about a 50% mortality rate per race, which makes you wonder how there's ever enough racers to hold an event, but that's beside the point) is coming to Star Wars: Destiny. In this preview, we get a look at some podracers, their pods, and how they will work in the game.
Most games, you take the components out of the box and set it aside, not to really be thought about. Well, Tiny Ninjas actually takes their box and transforms it into a playing space, meaning the game can be gotten out and played just about anywhere. Face off in this head-to-head cards and dice game, that's exclusively up on Kickstarter now.
Seafood. Some people love it. Others not so much. But either way, it's big business. There's money to be made out there, collecting the bounty of the ocean. Fleets of ships head out, cast their next and bring home the catch. And that's just what you'll be doing in Fleet: The Dice Game, a new game from Eagle-Gryphon Games that's up on Kickstarter now.
Man, I wish I could go out into space. You know, head to distant planets. Take control of huge space stations. Build fleets of ships to help get and trade resources. That kind of thing. Sadly, at the moment, you can only get to space if you're an astronaut or ridiculously wealthy. Being neither of those things, if I want to do all that stuff listed at the top, I'll just have to live vicariously through Space Base, a new dice game available now from AEG.
I love draft events. Sure, there's something to creating a deck ahead of time and making sure it's as tightly-wound as you can. But there's also something to flying by the seat of your pants, making your deck from a limited set of cards and having to use only your wits and skill to make it through. Star Wars: Destiny has new draft packs that you can use to have some cool events with.
I have to admit, I know very little about Sailor Moon. My knowledge of anime pretty much starts and stops at Trigun and Cowboy Bebop. I do know, though, that it's a popular series that many people out there love. Well, if you want to bring it to your tabletops, you're in luck Dyskami Publishing has started taking pre-orders for the first in their series of Sailor Moon games with Sailor Moon Crystal Dice Challenge.
The newest packs for Star Wars: Destiny, called the Legacies expansion, is now available. These new cards and dice span the realm of Star Wars lore, from the Republic to the Rebellion and beyond. You can pick up your starter sets and booster packs now.
And, to keep everything together, Fantasy Flight's also got three new binders to store your stuff.
