PWork Wargame

For anyone curious: I did get my cleaver like I wanted. Also picked up some other items I'd been wanting. Let's put it this way: even though I'm a staunch follower of Alton Brown and therefore, everything in my kitchen must be multi-purpose, there's still plenty of things I wouldn't mind having that going to a BB&B is actually much more dangerous for my wallet than going to Gen Con was. I didn't actually buy anything during Gen Con. But I dropped $250 at BB&B before the weekend. Anyway, even though I'm frugal like that, you should check out these new pieces of terrain and put a couple bucks towards them.

Today in the Terrain Corner we have: Summer Sale Happening at Pwork Wargame and Troll Trader Farm Available From Warlord Games.

And we've made it back around to Monday. I had a nice, restful, relaxing weekend. Considering that Gen Con isn't all that far away, I need to get in as many of those as I can between now and then. We also can use to get your gaming tables looking good. So, let's do that.

Today in the Terrain Corner we have: Bugs: Into the Tunnels Available From Acheson Creations, New Infinity Terrain From TTCombat, and Wastelang Game Mat Available From Pwork Wargame.

Friday Eve! We're almost back to the weekend. Just another day and change and we'll get there. I'm certainly confident. And, at least here in Atlanta, it's supposed to rain much of the weekend. I'm certainly thrilled about that. We'll see if we actually get the rain, though. In the meantime, let's make sure your gaming tables look good.

Today in the Terrain Corner we have: War World Gaming Taking Pre-Orders For Medieval Guard Tower Terrain, Updated Happy Panda Cafe Terrain Available From Antenociti's Workshop, Hive City Bundles Available From Tabletop Scenics, and Pwork Wargames Taking Pre-orders for UK Games Expo.

Back to Monday again. I mean, I'm not thrilled with it. But it's just one of those things that happens, y'know? And, with that, we're also into a new month. The first quarter of the year's over with. Time for spring to really get into full swing. I know the pollen outside is reminding people of that... So, while everything outside gets coated in green/gold powder, let's stay inside and make your gaming tables look good.

Today in the Terrain Corner we have: Paizo Announces Starfinder Map, John Carter of Mars: Ruins of Korad Tile Set PDF Available From Modiphius, and New Medieval Lost Burg MDF Terrain From Pwork Wargame.

We're slowly making our way there. The weekend is in sight. At least, I think that's the weekend. It's been hard to tell with all the rain we've been getting. Not that I mind the rain, of course... except when I have to drive... But through the torrential downpour, I'm still here to make your gaming tables look as god as possible.

Today in the Terrain Corner we have: Mantic's Terrain Crate 2 Kickstarter Launches Today, New Overlord Terrain Maps From Pwork Wargame, and New Gangs of Rome Playmat from Deep-Cut Studio.

Well, it's Monday and we're back to the regular swing of things. The Super Bowl was over the weekend. I didn't watch it, and apparently it was a snooze-fest, anyway. I'm sure there's a lot of you that did watch it and are having a hell of a time getting going today. It's alright. The day will go by eventually. In the meantime, let's make your gaming tables look good.

In the Terrain Corner today we have: Newly Revised Cobblestone Gaming Mat Available From Pwork Wargame and Loke Btatlemats add new terrain sizes to Rubber Mat range.

And we've swung back around to the beginning and come back to Monday. I guess it's necessary. That whole "time marches on" thing. Might as well make the best of it and make your gaming tables look good.

Today in the Terrain Corner we have: Sky of War Game Mat Available From Pwork Wargame, New 15mm Tobruk bunkers from Baueda, and Loke BattleMats add new sizes to Death Wastes rubber backed neoprene tabletop mat range.

Happy Friday Eve, everybody!

I... apparently don't have any interesting quip for this post... so let's just get to the terrain (I'm sure there's many of you that are thankful for that :P ).

Today in the Terrain Corner we have: The Giant Book of Battle Mats Coming This December From Loke Battlemats, Outworld Studios Running The Bastion Modular Kit Kickstarter, Volkano Gaming Mat Available From Pwork Wargame, and Tabletop World released their new Merchant Shop kit.

Well, that was a quite nice couple of days off. I hope those of you that celebrated Thanksgiving were able to have a good one. And I hope those that went shopping on Black Friday were able to get out with all your fingers and toes intact. Now we're getting into the holiday season, and yes, I have the holiday music playing. That's just how I roll. Also how I roll is to get you the best tabletops.

Today in our Terrain Corner we have: Avatars of War Ready2Print Terrain Now Available, Dying Star Field Map Available From Loke Battlemats, Arid Plain Gaming Mat Available From Pwork Wargame, New Imperial Depot Available From Micro Art Studio, and Blue Star Field Gaming Mat Available From Loke Battlemats.

Someone decided it needed to be Monday again. While I'm not all that thrilled with the decision, I do know that it's going to be a short week. So that's gonna be good. Thursday is Thanksgiving here in the US, and so I'll be off Thursday and Friday, just chillin' and trying to avoid all the fracas at the Maul. In the meantime, though, let's get your gaming tables lookin' as good as my dining room table will be this Thursday.

Today in the Terrain Corner we have: Frosty Plain Gaming Mat Available From Pwork Wargame, TerrainCrate Town & Battlefield available to order now, and Hive City Habitat Available From Tabletop Scenics.

Just about back to normal, everyone. Well, at least, as "normal" as we get around here. One thing that's nice is that the weekend is almost here. And weekends mean gaming. And gaming often means terrain. So, let's get your terrain game upped with some awesome stuff.

Today in the Terrain Corner we have: Battle Ball Field : A Fantasy Football Arena Up On Kickstarter, Iron Age Farmstead 28mm Miniature Wargaming Terrain Up On Kickstarter, The 2019 Battlefront Premium Terrain Pre-Order is now open, Rampart: Magnetized Modular Terrain for Tabletop Games Up On Kickstarter, War Sands Gaming Mat Available From Pwork Wargame, New Hay Bales Set Available From Tabletop-Art, Heroic Maps - Storeys: The Church of St Pixtus the Martyr Now Available, and Dark Star Station Rubber Battle Mat Available from Loke BattleMats.

Hey everyone,

Sorry for the slight interruptions in news postings. Been having some stuff go on that's been rather urgent. But don't worry. I'm still around. Just not with a ton of time at the moment. But even busy as I am, I'm looking forward to the weekend. Woo! Weekend! Because weekends mean gaming. And gaming means terrain. So let's make the weekend better by making our terrain better by making our games better.

Today in the Terrain Corner we have: Brigade Models 2mm Modular Castles Released, Tomb World Battlemat Available From Loke Battlemats, Limited Edition Space Game Mat Availble From Deep-Cut Studio, New Combat Zone MDF Scenery Available From Pwork Wargame, and New Pre-painted Ruins Available From Manorhouse Workshop.

Mondays... I mean, I get why Garfield wasn't a fan. I'm not really thrilled with them, either. But waddyagonnado? To have a weekend, you must have a week. And everything has a beginning. So we're at the beginning of the week. However, I did do some baking over the weekend, and so the office will be able to partake in dark chocolate cayenne pepper brownies, chili powder dark chocolate chunk cookies, and a pumpkin pie (no strange twists on the pumpkin pie. I just like pumpkin pie). And something, something, something, tie-in with terrain.

Today in the terrain corner we have: Fantasy Flight Games Releases Playmat for Fallout Board Game, New Imperial Assault Playmat Now Available, and Pwork Wargames Halloween Sale Coming This Week

We're getting there, everyone. It's Thursday, that means it's Friday Eve. That means it's almost the weekend. Just a day and change left to go. If you'll be like me, you'll be doing some gaming. And if you're doing some gaming, you need some good-looking tabletops.

Today in the Terrain Corner we have: Baueda Releases new 28mm rolled up tarps, tents, camouflage nets, and ropes; Hagglethorn Hollow Terrain Up On Kickstarter; Loke BattleMats Winding Alleys RPG Encounter Mat Now Available; Blacksmith's Guild Game Mat Available From Deep-Cut Studio; and Woodland Gaming Mat Available From Pwork Wargame.

Did anyone else's weekend seem to only take something like 5 hours to go by? Anyone? My Saturday, especially, was over in what felt like less than an hour. Seriously. It was, "start hanging out with friend. Blink. Friend leaves and it's time for bed." Like, the hell? I feel cheated out of 2 days off. Oh well... there'll be another weekend eventually. Just a long way to go until we get there. And if there'll be gaming on that weekend, we'll need some terrain.

Today in the Terrain Corner we have: Urban Decay Mat Available From Loke Battlemats and Medieval Kit 1 Available from Pwork Wargame.

The week is rolling along. Mine's been going by pretty quickly. Being busy will do that, I suppose. Lots of stuff going on, so the time goes by. Looking forward to the weekend. Not too much planned for me, but that's entirely the point. Sometimes you gotta just do nothing and be happy about that. But that doesn't mean that other weekends won't be filled with gaming, and that means wanting good-looking gaming tables.

Today in the Terrain Corner we have: New Official Butcher's Guild Mat Available From Deep-Cut Studio, Dungeon Flagstones RPG Encounter PVC Mat Available From Loke Battlemats, Dust Town Mat Available From Pwork Wargame, and Hive City Arbitratorum Available From Tabletop Scenics.

As we all expected, the weekend has ended and we're back in the regular week. But it's not all bad. We've got a good week ahead of us. Then we can get back to the weekend in a couple days. And when we get there, we are gonna need some good-looking gaming tables.

Today in the Terrain Corner we have: New Imperial Assault Map Available From Fantasy Flight, Dungeonfog Is Releasing The Dragon, Blue Nebula Gaming Mat Available From Loke Battlemats, Gardbuk Shrine Terrain Up On Kickstarter, and Industrial Ruins Gaming Mat Available From Pwork Wargame.

I had an incredibly productive weekend. Lots of chores done around the apartment, but also put together a bunch of Guild Ball models for myself and a friend. Gotta get ready for Season 4 coming at the end of the week. And with Guild Ball comes some terrain. What kind of terrain? Well, maybe some of what we've got here in today's Terrain Corner.

We've got: Deep-Cut Studio Releases The Drowned Earth Official Mat, The Villa Terrain Set Available From Crescent Root Studio, Loke Battlemats Releases the Big Book of Battlemats, and More Industrial Scenery Kits Available From Pwork Wargame.

The week rolls on by, with days going from future to present to past in the blink of an eye... which is fine with me, because it means the weekend's almost here. And weekends (I hope) mean gaming. And gaming means gaming tables. And that means some terrain on those tables. Let's make sure it all looks good.

Today in the Terrain Corner we have: Fantasy Facades by Bannerless Builds Up On Kickstarter, New 2mm Buildings Available From Brigade Models, Highlands Gaming Mat Available From Loke BattleMats, Cyber City Game Mat Available From Pwork Wargame, and Heroic Maps - The Treasure Cave of the Seafolk Now Available.

So, upsides and downsides. Downside: it's Monday. Upside: it's October. Downside: the weekend is really far away. Upside: I have gaming already lined up for said weekend. Downside: I was reaaally comfy this morning and didn't want to get out of bed. Upside: It's been a pretty decent morning, so far, with some really great e-mails in my inbox on some really cool projects I'm helping out with. Also upside: we've got some terrain articles for you. Also, also upside: After the first "downside/upside," my mental narration turned into Tom Bodett's voice, a-la Good Idea/Bad Idea.

Today in the Terrain Corner we have: New Plastic Church Terrain From Warlord Games, Darkburg Gaming Mat Available From Pwork Wargames, and New Triumphal Arch Available From Tabletop Scenics.

Happy Friday Eve. I know I'm excited for the upcoming weekend. I've got D&D and hopefully we can finish the adventure arc we're currently on. Just a bard leading a march on a city full of racist slavers. You know, your average faire. When you're out gaming this weekend, I hope your gaming tables look good. Let's help out with that.

Today in the Terrain Corner we have: New Gothic Ruins Map Available From Deep-Cut Studio, Heroic Maps - Storeys: Down The Well Now Available, Urban Ruins Set 1-2 Available From Pwork Wargame, and Miniature Building Authority Running Harbor Town Kickstarter.

Well, it's the price we pay for having a weekend: there has to be a week to go with it. Can't have up without down, light without dark, left without right, weekend without week. But we'll make it back to the weekend eventually. Also, it's Autumn! Woo! *dances around with pumpkins in the falling leaves* So, as it's Monday, lets get your gaming tables looking good.

Today in the Terrain Corner we have: Tabletop Scenics Taking Orders For Genetorum, Badlands Gaming Mat Available From Pwork Wargame, and The Wizard's Tower 3D Printable Terrain Up On Kickstarter.

The work week continues along. Wednesday, which for me is usually the longest day of the week, seemed to go by pretty quickly. Of course, I'm happy about that, as it means we're making our way into the latter half and the weekend looms ahead. I know I've got some gaming planned. Hopefully, you do too. And if you're gaming, you want your gaming table to look good. So let's help with that.

Today in the Terrain Corner we have: Paper Dungeon Modular Dungeons On Kickstarter, Adventure in Architecture Up On Patreon, and New Combat Zone MDF Terrain Available From Pwork Wargame

Monday... and I'm sleepy. Getting out of bed was ridiculously difficult this morning. I get so much more sleep on the weekdays than I do on weekends. Too much going and hanging out with friends and playing games. Well, "too much" being like "is that anything like being too ethical?" But still. I hope you had a good weekend of gaming as well. Let's make sure that next week's games look great.

Today in the Terrain Corner we have: Brigade Models Releases First 2mm Scale Sci-fi Buildings and Medieval Kit 01 MDF Terrain Available From Pwork Wargames.

You know, even with the shorter week we've got going on, I still was thinking today was Friday. Last night before I went to bed and this morning when I got up, I was like, "Woo! Friday!" But then I saw my Thursday shirt laid out for me and I was like, "... oh... right..." Ah well, though it might be Thursday, we can still make the most of it, such as making your gaming tables look good.

Today in the Terrain Corner we have: Pwork Wargame Releases SAGA Battlemats, Official Union Gaming Mat Available From Deep-Cut Studio, Rampage Dungeon Kickstarter Running Now, and zfigs Modular Terrain Tiles Coming Soon.
