Urban War 3rd Edition to Introduce New Campaign Rules and Updated Gamebox

The third edition of Urban War is set to launch soon, following Seb Game’s promise from last year to continue developing the game. While the core rules remain largely unchanged from the original edition, a few minor adjustments have been made to improve balance and clarify certain aspects. Players can rest assured that all miniatures and factions will still be part of the game, and no major changes to the factions are expected.

One of the most notable updates in this edition is the introduction of a new set of campaign rules. These new rules will allow players to engage in strategic battles for control over Iskandria. The beta version of these campaign rules is already available for download, and the development team is seeking feedback from players to fine-tune the final details.

A new Gamebox is also in the works, offering everything players need to start playing Urban War 3rd Edition. This edition will feature miniatures made using SioCast thermoplastic resin, which has been chosen as an alternative to metal due to rising production costs. Despite concerns about the material change, the developers are committed to maintaining high-quality standards for the models.

Pre-orders for the Gamebox are expected to begin next month, with a planned release before Christmas. More details will be shared soon, along with updates on any final tweaks to the box’s contents.

In addition, the company has also announced that a selection of MP Paints is now available for purchase. While only a limited range of colors is currently in stock, more options will be added in the near future, along with starter sets tailored to Urban War miniatures.
