Axia Miniatures Releases New 28mm Witch Scourgers for Tales of the Old World on Kickstarter

Axia Miniatures has launched its latest set of 28mm heroic-scale models as part of the Tales of the Old World series, introducing the Witch Scourgers—a group of grim hunters tasked with tracking down heretics and exploring dark ruins. The models reflect the low-fantasy, European Middle Ages-inspired world of the series.

Unlike traditional fantasy themes focused on warriors and monsters, this range also highlights the more mundane inhabitants, such as NPCs and civilians, adding depth to tabletop settings. The Witch Scourgers are portrayed as an elite force sent to uncover the mysteries behind the fall of a city, using their strategic skills to root out evil.

Backers of this campaign can choose between digital STL files for 3D printing or resin models, with 12 starting warband models included. As the campaign progresses, additional stretch goals will unlock more models. Optional add-ons offer backers the chance to expand their warband further.

The Kickstarter campaign is currently live, with $14,026 pledged of its $2,722 goal. The project has attracted 264 backers, and the campaign will run until October 25.
