It's Monday and I'm back at it here. It was nice to have a couple of days off, since from here on out the rest of the month, every gamer knows what's coming: Gen Con. I'll be attending this year, after taking a break from it last year, so, as I say, I'm glad to have had a couple days off, because now begins the sprint to Indy. In the meantime, let's make your gaming tables look good.
Today in the Terrain Corner we have: TRU-Grid Terrain System Available From Red Dragon Minis, Baseplates Now Available From Tabletop-Art, Lage Medieval Chests and Stronbox Available From Baueda, Hive City Dumpsters Available From Tabletop Scenics, and New Tree Stands Available From Deep-Cut Studio.
Start your adventure into the TRU-Grid© Gaming Tile System with our Starter Set. The set has over 100 pieces, and over 200 grid-squares of playable area. The tiles are precisely cut with laser, to give you the best fit possible. Each tile is textured with cracked stone and block to give you the look and feel of being in a dungeon or a castle. The set also comes with two of our BaseLoc© Plates to keep your tiles in place during game play.
With our new Baseplates you can create individual bases and decorate your terrain. There are matching plates to our base sets Cobblestone, Ruins Of Sanctuary, Lizard City and Pirate Ship and a neutral stone pavement.
The chest is the most common and fundamental item of medieval furniture. Chests served simultaneously as both furniture and luggage, as the nobles in the Middle Ages traveled from manor to manor, chests and strongboxes would protect all their possessions, including items of clothing, weapons and armour, tableware, books, jewelry and all other valuables. At home these would be used to store the same items safely. Basically every single item of value would have had its own chest or strongbox for storage and transport. Wealthy nobles could own hundreds upon hundreds of chests, as it's documented by many wills and death-rolls.
Pack includes 3 each of three different styles (each stick is approximately 8.5 cm or 3.4 inches long).
Contents of this frames may be used to make four Hive City Street Dumpsters.
