Roleplaying games are lots of fun. I should know, as I've been playing them for literally decades. And I've played with a lot of new players. Some have taken to it readily. Some really liked the idea, but the systems we were using were a bit complex for them. Thankfully, there's a new RPG system coming out that's designed specifically to bring new players into the fold. It's called BaG, which stands for Basic and Generic, and it's up on Kickstarter now.
