Terrain

Defiance is the new cooperative board game set in the Infinity universe coming from Corvus Belli. But, being a board game, that means it plays on a board. In this case, the board is made up of modular game tiles. So, what do those tiles look like and how do they interact with the game? That's exactly what we get a look at here.

Erf. Monday. I wasn't planning on it being a super-rough morning. But thanks to my upstairs neighbors, it has been. Enough that I needed a pick-me up this morning to get going at all. But going I am, and it's time to make everyone's gaming tables look that much better, as it is my sacred duty (or something).

Today in the Terrain Corner we have: New Covered Well Available From Tabletop-Art, New Orc Sentry Post Available From Tabletop Scenics, and More Halfling Terrain Available From TTCombat.

Thursday. The week continues to fly by. Wednesday, the day that, for me, always seems to take the longest, was really quick. I'm always appreciative of that. Most weeks, it just drags on by. But yesterday was quick. Hopefully, today and tomorrow can be so as well so we can get back to that great weekend. But before we can slide our way down, we need to make sure our gaming tables look good.

Today in the Terrain Corner we have: Apocalypse Fortress 3D Printed Terrain Up On Kickstarter, Labyrinth Terrain Tiles Up On Kickstarter, Sector Corvus Prime 3D Printable Terrain Up On Kickstarter, and Orc Skull Trophy Rack Available From Tabletop Scenics.

It's Monday once again. For me, that means playing catch-up from a weekend filled with a friend's wedding (Congrats Jason and Leigha!). So, it's a good reason to be playing catch-up. But, seeing as it is Monday, that means it's time to give you some Terrain Articles and make sure your gaming tables look great.

Today we have: Deep-Cut Studio Releases O12 Official Game Mat for Infinity, New Halfling Terrain Available From TTCombat, and Acheson Creations Releases 28mm Kongo and Stone-Age Pieces.

It's Thursday. We're making our way back to the end of the week and towards the weekend. As always, that gets me pumped up. You know what also pumps me up? Some heavy metal music. Get me some Sepultura, Devourment, Ministry, Pantera, and others and it's a good time. It also is the focus of our one Terrain Corner story today. For those about to WAAAGH!!, we salute you!

Today we have: Orc 'Eavy Metal Stage Available From Tabletop Scenics

We're getting there, everyone. It's getting closer to the weekend. I know I'm excited for it. Are you? Of course you are. And as we continue towards the weekend, we need to make sure everyone's gaming tables look good.

Quick Terrain Corner again for you today: New Scorched Sky Game Mat Available From Deep-Cut Studio

Hello and welcome to a new season! It's Autumn up here in the North and, of course, Spring for those down South. I know I'm happy to have some cooler temperatures around.

It's also Monday, which means along with cooler temperatures, we need some gaming terrain.

Another quick one for you today. It's: Corvus Belli Shows of New Infinity Terrain

We're getting close again, people. The weekend is getting closer. It's just another couple days away. We'll make it. I'm somewhat excited because my latest hot sauce box arrived. Already tried the first sauce and did a review. TL:DR: It burned my tongue out of my mouth. So, as I search for a new one, let's do the regular Thursday thing and talk about some terrain. Quick one for you today.

We have: New MIG Alley Design From Deep-Cut Studio

We're about 2/3 of the way through September. This month has been going by quickly. Seems like a good time to be showing off some releases. Paizo has posted up theirs, with a whole batch of products for both Pathfinder and Starfinder. From new books, to a new critical deck, to new maps. Have a look.

Yesterday tried to take a while. It really did. The first half of the day, I remember going, "Wait, it's not even 9 yet?" However, things eventually picked up. I hope your Wednesday was good, too. Now we're here at Weekend Eve Eve. I'm still pumped for the weekend. Got D&D coming up. Hopefully you have some gaming planned. But even if you don't, we need to get your gaming table looking good. Quick TC today, so let's get to it.

Today in the Terrain Corner we have: New Miner's Guild Pitch Available From Deep-Cut Studio

Thursday! Weekend Eve Eve. We'll get back to those days off soon enough. Despite it being a short week, since it was Labor Day last Monday, it feels like the week's just taking forever. Ah well, we're getting there. And even though the week's taking forever, it's a quick Terrain Corner today. Technically speaking, it's not really terrain, but it still fits.

Today we have: New Gaming Table Available From Deep-Cut Studio

We're making our way there, everyone. The weekend will soon be upon us. I don't know about you, but this week has felt like it's had an extra day in it. I feel like today should be Friday instead of Thursday. But here I am in my Thursday shirts and typing up a Terrain Corner. So, it must be Thursday. Might as well keep on keepin' on.

Today in the Terrain Corner we have: New Dwarven Barrels Available From Scibor, Stone Fences Available Tomorrow From Spellcrow, Future world Creator Modular Tiles Up On Kickstarter, Panoceania Map Available From Deep-Cut Studio, and Sci-Fi X Pieces Available From TTCombat.

Aaaaaaaand we're back to Monday. Can't say that I really did a ton of stuff over the weekend. But that's alright. It's kinda what I wanted. I did make some banana bread, though. Had to use my new loaf pan I got the week before. But, seeing as it's Monday, we need to make your gaming tables look better so you're not just using old loaf pans as terrain.

Today in the Terrain Corner we have: 3D Printable Fantasy Dwarven Mine RPG Dungeon Tiles Up On Kickstarter, A5 Gamers' Notebook Grid and Hex Version Up On Kickstarter, and The Old Dungeon Entrance Terrain Up On Kickstarter.

For anyone curious: I did get my cleaver like I wanted. Also picked up some other items I'd been wanting. Let's put it this way: even though I'm a staunch follower of Alton Brown and therefore, everything in my kitchen must be multi-purpose, there's still plenty of things I wouldn't mind having that going to a BB&B is actually much more dangerous for my wallet than going to Gen Con was. I didn't actually buy anything during Gen Con. But I dropped $250 at BB&B before the weekend. Anyway, even though I'm frugal like that, you should check out these new pieces of terrain and put a couple bucks towards them.

Today in the Terrain Corner we have: Summer Sale Happening at Pwork Wargame and Troll Trader Farm Available From Warlord Games.

Happy Friday Eve! We're almost through the first week of "normalcy" after Gen Con (my week last week was all still kinda weird). Just gotta get everything back to the weekend and I'll be back in my comfortable routine (don't call it a rut!) again. That means, of course, giving you some cool terrain news now.

Today in the Terrain Corner we have: HandyMaps Terrain Cards Up On Kickstarter, Villainous Locales Maps Up On Kickstarter, Snake Eyes Gaming Running 3D Printable Terrain Kickstarter, and Castle Maps For RPGs Up On Kickstarter.

Man, it's hard to believe that Gen Con is more than a week over with already. Seems like I was just there yesterday (for reference, I wasn't and am not making a silly pun now). But home we are, and after all the craziness during and just after, it's time to get back into the regular swing of things. In this instance, that means getting you the best-looking gaming table possible.

Today in the Terrain Corner we have: Fantasy Flight Announces Imperial Bunker Set For Star Wars: Legion, Deep-Cut Studio Releases New Steppe V2 Gaming Mat, New Wooden Barrels Available From Tabletop-Art, and Packages Set Available From Tabletop-Art.

Thursday. Gateway to Friday, Gateway to the Weekend. We're getting there, everyone. We can make it. Having had an incredibly busy week, it's certainly gone by quickly for me. And today we're keeping on with it. We're also keeping with our custom of making your gaming tables look better.

Today in the Terrain Corner we have: Dungeon Craft Modular Terrain Pieces Up On Kickstarter and New Aristeia Mats Available From Deep-Cut Studios

Monday. I mean, it's fine. I know some people hate Mondays, but they're alright. The weekend had to end sometime, right? Just as you can't have light without dark, you can't have a weekend without a week. And so the natural cycle progresses. ... Though I do still wish it was the weekend, at least somewhat. But waddyagonnado? Yer gonna make your gaming tables look good is what you're gonna do. So, let's do that.

Today in the Terrain Corner we have: Barn and Shelter Available from Tabletop Scenics, Project Deios Dungeonfog Mapmaker Suite for Worldbuilders Up On Kickstarter, and Hive City Street Holograms Available From Tabletop Scenics.

Friday Eve. The weekend is nearly upon us. I'm not only looking forward to that, but my latest Heatonist box will be here today at some point. So there's plenty to be excited about. There's also plenty to be excited about because we've got some really amazing terrain projects to show you today.

In the Terrain Corner we have: MagnaHex Terrain System Up On Kickstarter, ESLOTerrain Running 3d Printable Castle Kickstarter, Tinywargames Roads and Rivers Up On Kickstarter, and Tabletop World's Altburg Stable Up On Kicktsarter.

And we've made it back around to Monday. I had a nice, restful, relaxing weekend. Considering that Gen Con isn't all that far away, I need to get in as many of those as I can between now and then. We also can use to get your gaming tables looking good. So, let's do that.

Today in the Terrain Corner we have: Bugs: Into the Tunnels Available From Acheson Creations, New Infinity Terrain From TTCombat, and Wastelang Game Mat Available From Pwork Wargame.

I know, a really generic headline, but when it comes to typing out all the different things that are available to pre-order this week from Games Workshop, it'd either be a really short headline that gets you to read on, or a large amount of the story would just be up in said headline. Anyway, Games Workshop has a ton of stuff up for pre-order right now. Arguably, the two biggest are the new Battletome: Sylvaneth and Scouring of the Shire books for Age of Sigmar and the Middle-arth Strategy Battle Game, respectively. There's also new figures for both those games, a new elven Blood Bowl team, new sets for Adeptus Titanicus, 40k, and pretty much everything else you can think of. There's terrain. There's dice. There's... I mean, I told you it was a lot of stuff.

Thursday? The week continues to quickly go by. Again, not a complaint. Gets me back to the weekend. Not entirely sure what I'll be up to. Maybe painting. We'll see. In the meantime, we need to get your gaming tables looking good.

Today in the Terrain Corner we have: 15mm Drop Pods and Coffins Available From Alternative Armies, Imperial Pedistal Available From Bits of War, and Mushrooms Set 1 Available From Tabletop-Art.

It's Monday and I'm back at it here. It was nice to have a couple of days off, since from here on out the rest of the month, every gamer knows what's coming: Gen Con. I'll be attending this year, after taking a break from it last year, so, as I say, I'm glad to have had a couple days off, because now begins the sprint to Indy. In the meantime, let's make your gaming tables look good.

Today in the Terrain Corner we have: TRU-Grid Terrain System Available From Red Dragon Minis, Baseplates Now Available From Tabletop-Art, Lage Medieval Chests and Stronbox Available From Baueda, Hive City Dumpsters Available From Tabletop Scenics, and New Tree Stands Available From Deep-Cut Studio.

Get me a jury and show me now to say, "In July" and I'll... make cheese for you.

Yes, it's July. That means that literally half the year is over. Time goes by so quick, doesn't it? I don't know about you, but since the Solstice, I've been listening to my October playlists (mostly October Rust) because I would like Summer to go by nice and quick so we can get to my favorite season.

What does that have to do with gaming? Well, I'm typing about it and now I'm going to type about terrain. So... that?

Anyway, today in the Terrain Corner we have: New Fire Bowls and Pillars Available from Tabletop-Art, Daedalus Gaming Mat Available Separately From Micro Art Studio, New Hive City Column Available From Tabletop Scenics, and Redoubts Available From Sarissa Precision.

Friday Eve. We're almost back to the weekend. I'm planning on just taking it easy, because sometimes a, "not do anything of any real consequence" weekend is nice. But eventually I'll have a gaming weekend again, and I'll want to make sure my gaming table looks good. You should make sure of that, too.

Today in the Terrain Corner we have: PuzzleLock Sewers & Undercity Terrain Available Now, RPG Map Tiles Up On Kickstarter, and Battle Systems Terrain Kickstarter Happening Now.
