Vampire: The Masquerade

Chapters is a new adventure board game for Vampire: The Masquerade. But this isn't just some roll and move situation. It's got all the investigation, intrigue, decision-making, and more that you'd expect from an entire campaign in the RPG, but just down on the tabletop. Are you ready to sink your teeth into the action? The game is up on Kickstarter now.

Vampires, being immortal, can live for a very, very long time. And many of you have probably been vampires for decades. However, with the latest edition of Vampire: The Masquerade coming out recently, there's bound to be an influx of new undead to the ranks. How best to get them up-to-speed quickly? Well, Modiphius is here to help with their New Blood Starter Pack, available now as a download from their website.

What do you get when you combine the classic songs London Bridge is Falling Down and London Calling?

A really weird tune, but you also get Fall of London (you really don't, but this is where my brain went, ok?). It's a new book for Vampire: The Masquerade 5th edition in the long history of sourcebooks for the game. Fall of London will be coming in March of next year, but if you want to get your name on the list, you can pre-order now from Modiphius.

Blood for the Blood G- ... oh, sorry, wrong game.

It should come as no surprise that Vampire: The Masquerade has a lot to do with blood. It's a vampire's main sustenence, of course (along with plasma fruit). Well, a new sourcebook for the 5th edition for the game is up on Kickstarter now. It's Cults of the Blood Gods.

The folks over at White Wolf and Everything Epic are teaming up to bring you Vampire: The Masquerade - Blood Feud, their new "mega" board game that's up on Kickstarter now. It's New York City in 2016 and you're looking to become the ruler of that venerable town. But will you push too far, make too many enemies, and be cut down? That's up to you to decide.

Listening to Type O Negative while typing this seems rather appropriate. Anyway, one of the things about Vampire: The Masquerade is that they have a worldwide network of games that people will join in with. Sure, other games do this sort of thing as well, but it's sort of one of the things V:TM is known for. And Modiphius is making sure that the newest edition continues that legacy. They're signing up people now for their Organized Play system. They've also teased some new releases that you can look forward to.

That ain't my culture and heritage! Is that your culture and heritage!?

Well, in the Vampire: The Masquerade - Heritage board game, you can create your own vampiric heritage. It's Europe in the 1300s, and vampire clans are setting the foundations for what they'll be like. See your work follow through the ages, with 700 years of gameplay (note: games do not actually take 700 years to play), bringing what you started then into the here and now. The game is up on Kickstarter now.

Chicago by Night. This one I know. You go to Portillo's. You hit up Navy Pier. You maybe check out the Miracle Mile. The Planetarium and Shed Aquarium and Museum of Science and Industry will be closed, but being vampires, I'm sure you can find a way in. Plus, you avoid the crowds. So that's good.

Man... now I really want Portillo's...

Anyway, Chicago by Night, a sourcebook for Vampire: The Masquerade 5th Edition is up on Kickstarter now.

In this Year of New Editions, we've seen some pretty big names get new sets. In this case, it's one of the oldest around. Vampire: the Masquerade, has its 5th Edition available now. Bleh, bleh, bleh! I vant to suck your blooood! Bleh!
