Free League Publishing Releases New Expansions for Ruins of Symbaroum 5E
Free League Publishing has announced the release of two expansions for the Ruins of Symbaroum, the 5E adaptation of the dark fantasy role-playing game Symbaroum. The new expansions, titled The Throne of Thorns Part I and The World of Symbaroum, introduce additional content for players and game masters alike.
The Throne of Thorns Part I is the first installment in the series and includes two full-length adventures, Wrath of the Warden and The Witch Hammer. This expansion provides over 20 full-color maps, depicting various locations such as towns, forests, and ruins. It also features more than 50 stat blocks for various non-player characters, from monsters to potential allies and notorious individuals. Additionally, the expansion includes a series of journey events designed for character travel through the dark forest of Davokar.
The World of Symbaroum expansion provides detailed insights into the main settlements of the game world, including Thistle Hold, Yndaros, and Karvosti. It explores the settlements’ histories, notable events, factions, conflicts, and establishments. For game masters, the expansion offers 18 historical secrets and 34 plot hooks, along with seven adventure landscapes suitable for characters of 5th to 10th level, complete with conflicts, events, maps, and vibrant NPCs.
Both expansions are now available for purchase in the Free League webstore, on DriveThruRPG, and will soon be available at retailers worldwide.
